ROCKVILLE, Md., June 24, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Novavax, Inc. (Nasdaq:NVAX) today announced the appointment of Barclay A. “Buck” Phillips to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 24, 2013.
