ZURICH (Reuters) - Novartis has no plans to sell its stake in Roche nor to list any of its business divisions in order to raise money for the planned purchase of Alcon (ACL.N: Quote, Profile, Research) from Nestle (NESN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research), Novartis chief executive Daniel Vasella said on Wednesday.
