DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Colorado now ranks in the second tier of Bioscience States, out of five tiers, and is only one of three states that grew more than 1,000 new jobs in its Medical Device sector. The announcement is made by Holli Riebel, President and CEO of the Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA), who references Battelle/BIO industry data released last week in Boston: “Further, in the Medical Device sector, our state showed over 16.1% growth in employment from 2001-2010; 14.7% from 2007- 2010."
