NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) announces that the Danish Business Authority has made a decision concerning the control of the company’s annual report for the financial year 2012.
In its decision, the Danish Business Authority points out that in the 2012 financial statements NeuroSearch incorrectly classified the proceeds from the sale of the Huntexil®project as revenue, in that the proceeds ought to have been classified as gain from divestment of intellectual property.
