MOCON, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOCO) announced today that on May 22, 2014, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable on August 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 1, 2014.
The Company has provided stockholders with quarterly dividends for the 104th consecutive quarter. Prior to the present policy of quarterly dividends, the Company had been paying dividends on a semi-annual basis since 1984.
