MADISON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On September 14, 2011, Mirus Biosciences, LLC sued Fugent, LLC for patent infringement, and approximately 3 months later, on December 23, 2011, the attorneys for Mirus Biosciences, LLC filed a dismissal of the suit with prejudice according to attorneys from Haus, Roman and Banks, LLP.
