DUBLIN, Nov 27 (Reuters) - U.S. drugmaker Merck & Co (MRK.N: Quote, Profile, Research) will build a new 200 million euro ($297 million) plant in Ireland to develop and manufacture human vaccines, officials said on Tuesday.
