WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Merck & Co., Inc., meeting today, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the Company’s common stock for the first quarter of 2008. The $0.38 per share dividend is payable on Jan. 2, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 7, 2007.
