MedX Health Corp. announces the following changes to its Board and Executive team, effective immediately. Scott Spearn, who joined the Company as President in April 2018 is taking on the additional role of Chief Executive Officer and is joining the Board of Directors. Rob von der Porten, previously the CEO, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board in place of Gary Van Nest who has retired from that position and remains as a director.

The Company has granted 1,000,000 share options to the incoming CEO, the options having an exercise price of $0.16, exercisable for a period of five years, and vesting over a one-year period.
