MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT), today approved a cash dividend of $0.205 per share of the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on Jan. 29, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 8, 2010.
