US stocks bounced in early trading with the S&P 500 rising 1.1 per cent to 1,258.29, as hospital managers and medical device manufacturers led the rally, recovering from Friday’s late sell-off in the sector. The Dow Jones Industrial Average also rose 0.9 per cent to 12,124.20, with all 30 constituents recording gains, and the Nasdaq Composite index jumping 1.3 per cent to 2,660.05 in early trading.
