(OTC: MSITF - News) is pleased to announce that it has signed a distribution agreement with a pharmaceutical company for England. The distributor is responsible for all regulatory approvals required to begin selling in England. With the number of approvals already received (28 countries) plus the testing that has been completed in the United States, Canada, China and Europe, it is felt that regulatory approval in England can be completed within 60 to 90 days. In addition to the above, the kits for England will be produced from the Companies India facility that already has a GMP certificate and a ISO 9001 Quality control rating. It is expected that the Company will sell in excess of 1.0 million kits in England in the first year generating gross revenues in excess of 3.0 million US dollars.
