Reuters -- MAP Pharmaceuticals Inc (MAPP.O) posted a quarterly loss that was narrower than expectations on collaboration revenue and lower expenses for the period. For the second quarter, the company posted a net loss of $5.0 million, or 24 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $16.5 million, or 81 cents a share, in the year ago period.
