INDIANAPOLIS, December 21, 2017—AIT Bioscience CEO Terri Pascarelli Serves as a Faculty Member for the Vanguard Forum for Healthcare Leaders
The Vanguard Forum for Healthcare Leaders invited AIT Bioscience CEO Terri Pascarelli to serve as a faculty member at its November 2017 event in New York City, NY. The Vanguard Forum brings together healthcare executives who share frank and candid experiences broadening the delegates’ perception of what it takes to succeed. During the Forum sessions, a faculty of current and former CEOs and other C-suite executives share real-world experiences in an interactive, small group environment, enabling the delegates to engage fully in the challenges of leadership. Additionally, the Forum expands the network of rising executives within healthcare – a critical success factor for the next generation of top leaders.
Pascarelli served as one of the faculty panelists who discussed “Being a Transformational Leader: What are the Lessons for Success?” Terri’s experience as a CEO and C-suite executive in both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies helped the group establish the similarities and differences between leading a startup versus leading an established commercial organization.
Pascarelli Now serves as Chair of the Board of Visitors for the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Butler University
In the Fall of 2017, Terri Pascarelli transitioned into the role of Chair of the Board of Visitors (BOV) for the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (COPHS) at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Terri has served on the Butler’s COPHS BOV for most of the past fourteen years, working with three COPHS Deans: Patricia Chase, Mary Graham and the current Dean, Bob Soltis.
Board of Visitors help advocate the mission and objectives of the College; create supportive links between the College and external communities; and assist in identifying resources to support the work of the College while sharing time, expertise or other resources. During 2017, Terri served as the BOV representative to the COPHS Strategic Plan Guiding Coalition, working with Dean Soltis, faculty and staff on the next five-year strategic plan.
