LONDON, November, 2007-- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Jemima Richards has joined the firm as a Client Partner specializing in Life Sciences and based in London.
Ms. Richards works extensively with clients in the specialty pharmaceutical, biotechnology and biopharmaeuticals sectors across Europe. She is a specialist in life sciences and healthcare, and will leverage her industry expertise and consulting background to deepen client relationships in these areas. She joins Korn/Ferry from a boutique search firm. Earlier, Ms. Richards was with Imperial College Innovations, where she was responsible for spin-out ventures in the departments of chemistry and biochemistry. She joined Imperial College from LEK Consulting, a global strategy consultancy. Ms. Richards began her career as a medicinal chemist with Glaxo Group Research. She holds a degree in chemistry from Bristol University.
