Lee Raymond, the former chief executive officer of Exxon Mobil Corp., is leading JPMorgan Chase’s board review of derivative trades that led to $5.8 billion in losses this year.Raymond, who has been on the board of JPMorgan and its predecessor companies since 1987, is working with directors Laban Jackson and William Weldonon the review, said Joe Evangelisti, a spokesman for the firm. Raymond, 74, is the bank’s lead independent director and chairman of the compensation committee.
