TOKYO, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Japanese brewer Kirin Holdings Co is in talks to buy a majority stake in drug maker Kyowa Hakko Kogyo Co, a source familiar with the matter said, in a deal that could top 300 billion yen ($2.6 billion).
