PITTSBURGH, July 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- “I had a problem with dexterity in holding a vial and syringe to draw my medication,” said an inventor from Fairbury, Ill. “When I have a problem, I look for the easiest and simplest solution.”
He created a prototype the patent pending EASY DRAW, to hold a vial and syringe in a stable manner to prevent hand cramps and bending needles. The unit locates the tip of the needle just inside the vial, to allow drawing the most medicine from the vial to aid cost savings. The invention helps eliminate the syringe from slipping out of the vial and possibly causing an accidental stick. It also allows for rotating the syringe to easily see the graduations for precise measurement of medication. The accessory is simple and easy to use, especially for people with arthritis. Additionally, the invention features a compact, easily portable design.
The original design was submitted to the Chicago office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
