Innophos Holdings, Inc. Appoints Amy Hartzell As Vice President, Supply Chain And Purchasing

CRANBURY, N.J., April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPHS), today announced the appointment of Amy Hartzell as Vice President, Supply Chain and Purchasing, effective April 13, 2016.

Ms. Hartzell brings 20 years of global leadership and supply chain experience to Innophos, most recently holding the position of Global Director, Corporate Supply Chain Center of Excellence at the Dow Chemical Company. At Dow, she led an organizational design transformation of the Center of Excellence by creating a sales and operations planning (S&OP) program focused on education, change management, work process improvement, and technology implementation. She also has experience developing and implementing global supply chain and operational improvement programs.

Ms. Hartzell began her career at Rohm and Haas Company as a process engineer. As she progressed in her career at Rohm and Haas, she took on leadership roles within the supply chain team, including Global Planning Manager in Biocides and Ion Exchange Resins and Regional Emulsion Planning Manager in Coatings. Through these roles, she gained experience developing and implementing supply chain improvement programs and processes on a global scale. Following the acquisition of Rohm and Haas by Dow Chemical Company, Ms. Hartzell was named the Global Business Supply Chain Director, Performance Materials, where she was responsible for ten businesses, including the integration of Rohm and Haas and Dow business units. Prior to taking on her most recent position in the Center of Excellence, Ms. Hartzell was the Global Business Supply Chain Director, Elastomers, Electrical, and Telecommunications.
