- Robert E. Bernosky, has been promoted to the newly-created position of Executive Vice President, Strategic Activities. In this role, Mr. Bernosky will be focused on examining industry trends, providing guidance for the strategic financial direction of the company and enhancing shareholder value. Mr. Bernosky formerly held the position of Chief Financial Officer with the company.
- Jeffery S. Reiniche, C.P.A., has recently joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for all day-to-day financial and contractual functions of the company. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Reiniche held positions of financial responsibility for organizations including Click Commerce, Inc., Health Alliance and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
- William W. Gwinn, Jr., M.B.A., has recently joined the company in the newly-created position of Vice President, Product Marketing. In this role, he supports corporate marketing and provides direction for the continued development of the InSite technology suite, Critical Population Research(R) and other Inclinix enrollment offerings. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Gwinn served as director of clinical trial solutions with Medstat and held brand marketing and business development roles with IMS Health, Schering-Plough and Procter & Gamble.
- Robert A. Welch, M.B.A., has recently joined the company as Director, Strategic Accounts and will be responsible for managing Inclinix's ongoing sales and client support activities for key accounts. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Welch held marketing and business development roles with organizations including Trion Specialty Gases, ATMI, Inc., Air Liquide America and Air Products & Chemicals.

In related news, Inclinix has announced that Bryan F. McIntyre, senior vice president, will retire from the company in June, after spending more than 30 years in advertising and business management. Mr. McIntyre, an industry pioneer in centralized patient recruitment, has been involved in more than 150 patient recruitment campaigns spanning 30 therapeutic categories since his career in contract research began 14 years ago.
