HAYWARD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMPAX Laboratories, Inc. today announced the completion of the audits of the Company’s 2004 through 2007 financial results and that it has filed a Form 10 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act. Section 12(g) provides the registration statements thereunder shall become effective within 60 days after filing. The Company will issue a further announcement when the registration statement becomes effective and trading in the Company’s stock resumes.
