I-many Promotes Lawrence Lindsey to Chief Development Officer

I-many, Inc., the leading provider of Contract Lifecycle Management enterprise software and services, announced today its promotion of Lawrence Lindsey to Chief Development Officer at I-many. Mr. Lindsey has a proven track record at I-many in leading the Product Operations team for the last two and a half years. In his new role, Mr. Lindsey will drive product management, development, quality assurance, customer support and product release management for the entire I-many family of products.

Mr. Lindsey brings 19 years of senior management and enterprise software development experience with extensive experience in contract and revenue management, CRM, life science and other enterprise applications. Previously, Mr. Lindsey served as vice president of engineering at Symantec Corporation for online platform and partner services, and led an extensive team to design, develop and maintain world class technologies, as well as customized OEM and ISP versions of Norton products. Prior to Symantec, Mr. Lindsey was vice president of engineering for Nsite Software (now a unit of SAP) with responsibility for all product strategy, development, and production operations. Prior to Nsite, he held various senior management positions at Oracle Corporation, including senior management roles in CRM and Healthcare product groups. Mr. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Since joining I-many over 2 years ago, Mr. Lindsey has launched the first full suite of ContractSphere, the broadest and deepest suite of contract, revenue and compliance management products for the life sciences industry. He also delivered along with his team many innovations including Formula Builder, allowing for sophisticated contracting strategies to be configured without customization, and contract analytics that enabled both prospective and retrospective analytics to optimize contract value. Mr. Lindsey was instrumental in improving overall performance and scalability of I-many’s products to meet the demands of the largest pharmaceutical manufactures and GPOs in the industry.
