LAKE FOREST, Calif.-- (BUSINESS WIRE)--I-Flow Corporation (NASDAQ:IFLO) was advised today that the stockholders of HAPC, Inc. (“HAPC”) approved today at their annual meeting the Stock Purchase Agreement for the sale of I-Flow’s subsidiary, InfuSystem, Inc., to HAPC. I-Flow expects that the transaction will close in the coming days.
