Hill-Rom Holdings Inc.’s top finance executive is quitting. The Batesville-based company said Mark Guinan, who’s been chief financial officer since 2010, is leaving for a new job. It didn’t say where. Hill-Rom, which makes hospital beds and other medical equipment, said in a press release that it’s begun the search for a replacement. Michael Macek, the company’s vice president and treasurer, will act as interim CFO until the search is complete.
