BATESVILLE, Ind., May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HRC) announced today that its board of directors has increased the company’s third quarter common stock dividend 10 percent ($0.01) to $0.1125 per share. The cash dividend is payable on June 30, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2011.
The board of directors also approved an expansion of the share repurchase authorization by 3 million shares, bringing the remaining shares available for repurchase to 4.1 million. The authorization has no expiration date.
