November 25, 2013 -- Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings, the controlling shareholder of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharma, will establish a JV with Dr. Ferid Murad, a biochemist who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1998. Dr. Murad showed that nitric oxide played a role in the cell signaling process that causes vascular dilation. He continues to work on nitric oxide as a treatment for cancer and arthritis. The JV will be known as Wanglaoji & Murad Biotechnology Co., Ltd. More details....
