WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The third day of the 2011 BIO International Convention, the world’s largest biotechnology event taking place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., puts special focus on food and agriculture biotechnology advancements to combat worldwide hunger and the promise of sector growth throughout emerging regions that are propelling biotechnology to new heights. In addition, a new diabetes forum will showcase the latest research, patient issues and medical trends in diabetes and juvenile diabetes.
