(NASDAQ:GENT - News; the Company) today announced that effective June 1, 2006, Cary Grossman, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, will become Chief Operating Officer and Gary Gemignani will join the Company as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gemignani will be based in a newly established office in New York City. Mr. Grossman will continue to be involved with Mr. Gemignani in the Company’s corporate finance and investor relations activities but will assume a more active role in day-to-day business management.
