KDAL -- Duluth, Mn (KDAL) A breakthrough invention that will allow health care providers to communicate with patients across different cultures and languages is being introduced today in Duluth. The “Phrazer” is a handheld device with a touch screen that lets patients communicate in their own language with medical professionals. Over 200 local, state and national business and government leaders will attend the special demonstration of the “Phrazer” at the DECC.
