Feds Seek to Oust Forest Laboratories, Inc. CEO Solomon

St. Louis Business Journal -- The federal Department of Health and Human Services is attempting to oust Howard Solomon as the chairman, president and CEO of Forest Laboratories Inc., which has pleaded guilty to federal charges that its sales force illegally marketed the antidepressants Celexa and Lexapro to children and adolescents, even though these drugs had not been approved for minors, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Solomon, 83, makes $8.3 million in compensation.
