Reuters -- Pfizer Inc's efforts to develop new cancer drugs have yielded a breakthrough -- for dogs. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the first cancer treatment specifically designed to treat dogs, Pfizer and the agency announced on Wednesday.
