A fast-growing firm is bringing up to 100 new jobs to a Newcastle pharmaceutical site where hundreds of posts were lost last year.
Accord Healthcare – which headquartered in Middlesex – is delivering a fresh start for the Fawdon site where French firm Sanofi ceased its operations last summer with the loss of more than 400 jobs.
The site was snapped up by regeneration specialists Trevor Cartner and Chris Musgrave in January, with plans to transform it into a science and technology park, with space for up to eight tenants.
