Endo Pharmaceuticals has been sued by some of its current and former sales representatives alleging violation of federal wage laws, in a string of suits brought against several pharmaceutical companies, according to a regulatory filing.
The litigation, in which Endo is the defendant, alleges that companies misclassify sales representatives as “exempt employees” and do not pay them overtime compensation.
