Stockholm, April 17 – The Nomination Committee of Elekta AB (publ) proposes that the 2014 Annual General Meeting reelect Board members Laurent Leksell, Hans Barella, Luciano Cattani, Siaou-Sze Lien, Wolfgang Reim, Jan Secher, Birgitta Stymne Göransson and Tomas Puusepp. It is proposed that Laurent Leksell be reelected as Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee’s proposal entails that the number of Board members will continue to be eight.
