Tokyo (JCN) Dec 8, 2005 - Eisai announced today that it had filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and its parent Teva Pharmaceutical Industries regarding its submission of an abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) to the FDA for Aricept, Active Ingredient Name donepezil hydrochloride, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark.
