(NASDAQ: ECTE), a medical device company developing its Symphony® CGM System as a non-invasive, wireless continuous glucose monitoring system, today announced that it is mailing a letter to its stockholders urging them to follow the recommendations of the three leading independent proxy advisory firms and vote only the WHITE proxy card to ensure that Echo’s highly qualified and very experienced director and Interim CEO, Robert F. Doman, is re-elected to the Echo Board.
