Dynatek dalta Scientific Instruments received the award based on the increase in actual revenues and on percentage growth of revenues for 2007 and 2008. Nearly 30 companies, within a fifty mile radius of Springfield, were nominated for the award. The selection for the award was performed by the accounting firm Elliott, Robinson & Co.

Dynatek dalta Scientific Instruments, as it exists today, has transformed from a small company consisting of three employees and only a few products, to an award-winning testing and manufacturing facility consisting of 17 employees. Dynatek dalta now designs and manufactures instruments to test artificial hearts, heart valves, synthetic arteries, vascular stents and drug-coated implants. In addition, Dynatek dalta fabricates mock arteries out of latex or silicone rubber and operates an International Standards Organization (ISO) compliant contract testing lab.
