Researchers at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute have identified a disease mechanism underlying rheumatoid arthritis, which may help in the introduction of new therapies for the disease and other such debilitating autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis and lupus.The research, published in the Journal of Immunology, suggests that there could be a common therapeutic strategy for these conditions.
