Diagnostic Imaging International Corporation CTS Adds New Health Alliance Network of Hospitals

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - January 06, 2011) - Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. (OTCBB: DIIG) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Teleradiology Services (“CTS”), signed a contract with a network of hospitals to provide teleradiology services.

The new client network includes four hospitals. The contract is primarily for after hours and weekend service, including emergency on call work. Modalities that will be sent to CTS include CT scans and Ultrasound studies. CTS services allow the hospitals to serve their communities 24 hours per day.

The new client was acquired in December, at which time CTS began to implement its preparation for reporting. Within a month CTS had installed the required hardware, tested the software, and credentialed radiologists at the hospitals. Full time service by CTS for the client began the week of January 3rd.

CTS continues to grow by adding new client contracts and increasing radiologist reading revenue.
