Chicago, October 2, 2013—At the Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM) annual meeting, Datatrial was among three companies to be honored with a Data Driven Innovation Award (DDIA).
The Datatrial submission detailed efforts to reduce testing time and increase the quality of testing by using a system the team designed to plan and import test data for edit-check testing, for which the judging committee declared Datatrial the winner in the CDM Process category. Nextrials (Innovative Technology Solutions category) and Pfizer/Radiant Sage (Vendor-Sponsor Collaboration category) were also recognized with innovation awards.
Created in 2007, the DDIA program seeks to recognize important vendor/sponsor relationships and the application of solutions to resolve CDM-related business issues, in addition to building awareness of new technology in the CDM field. Datatrial had also been named a finalist for a DDIA in 2011.
