BLOOMINGTON, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The United States District Court for the Northern District of California granted summary judgment in favor of Cook Incorporated rejecting claims filed by Edwards Lifesciences LLC alleging Cook had infringed on Edwards’ patents for endovascular devices to treat aneurysms, Cook officials announced today.
