LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CompuMed, Inc. (OTCBB: CMPD) -- a medical informatics company serving the healthcare community with diagnostic software solutions -- today announced that it has won a statewide contract in conjunction with Wexford Health Sources, Inc. to provide tele-cardiology services in the form of electrocardiogram (ECG) remote interpretation systems and cardiologist overread services to the West Virginia Division of Corrections. The statewide contract is to provide services to the eight major prison locations in West Virginia housing a total of over 4,000 inmates.
