MUKILTEO, Wash., Sept. 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- CombiMatrix Corporation (Nasdaq:CBMX) announced today that its stock trading symbol will change to “CBMX” effective on September 13, 2007. Previously, the company’s stock had been trading under the symbol “CBMXD.” This change in trading symbol follows a 21-day trading period after CombiMatrix Corporation split off from Acacia Research Corporation and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 15, 2007.
