March 7 (Reuters) - Pharmaceutical company Columbia Laboratories Inc. (CBRX.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday named Robert Mills its chief executive officer, effective immediately. Mills replaces Fred Wilkinson, who resigned to join another company on Feb. 4.
