HOLLISTON, Mass., Apr. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Cold Chain Technologies (CCT), a leading provider of temperature-controlled distribution solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced several promotions within the company’s senior management team. Bob Bohne has been named President. T.J. Rizzo has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Former President Larry Gordon will now serve as Chief Executive Officer.
These appointments, made in response to Cold Chain’s vigorous growth, will help ensure the company’s ongoing delivery of high quality thermal packaging innovations as the life sciences market continues to evolve.

Since joining CCT in 2007 as General Manager and Vice President of Operations, Bohne has helped expand the company’s production capabilities globally, improved enterprise-wide control and quality processes, enhanced technical services and R&D, and increased speed-to-market for new products.
Rizzo joined the company in 2006 as a Sales Engineer and rapidly expanded his account base, helping position CCT as a leader in the cold chain market. Most recently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Rizzo will focus on expanding CCT’s sales development team, streamlining customer interactions, guiding product development and manage its growing international sales operations. He will report to Bohne in his new position.
Gordon has been President of CCT since purchasing the company in 1998. In his new role, Gordon will continue to remain engaged in projects that are critical to the organization. Additionally, he will oversee CCT’s strategic and long-term planning to ensure that the company maintains its prominent industry position.
