A Pittsburgh medical device company that landed $50 million last fall in a financing round led by private equity giant KKR & Co. last October is moving its headquarters to Raleigh, N.C., relocating about 70 percent of its staff from the North Side.
Cohera Medical has signed a deal for a 16,000-square-foot office lease at the 227 Fayetteville office tower in the heart of downtown Raleigh, sources at the Cushman & Wakefield commercial real estate firm told the Triangle Business Journal, a sister publication. The move is expected to take place by the end of March.
