NEW YORK, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Ciphergen Biosystems Inc. (CIPHE.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday said its chief executive officer, William Rich, was retiring at the end of the year, and that it filed its quarterly report for the third quarter and an amended quarterly report for the second quarter.
