Cephalon, Inc. Sues Government to Block Sales of Generic Painkiller Fentora

Bloomberg -- Cephalon Inc., maker of the painkiller Fentora, asked a federal judge to block the sale of a competitor’s generic version of the drug, alleging it is potentially dangerous.
