Cavit Sciences has signed a letter of intent to purchase web portal My Health Lifestyle (MHL) and National Health Services (NHS) the marketing arm for the wellness/healthy living Industry.

My Healthy Lifestyle® is an e-Health & Wellness portal created and launched in 2002 under the N-CAM® brand to deliver turn key wholesale discount wellness programs to the national health care marketplace. With the consumer demand for wellness products and services the portal will be expanded to serve the direct to consumer market with savings and expertise only formerly afforded to large groups, employers and health plans.
