VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - November 16, 2010) - CardioComm Solutions, Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EKG) (the “Company”) today announced that it granted an aggregate of 950,000 incentive stock options to independent members of the board of directors pursuant to its Omnibus Share Compensation Plan, as follows: 500,000 options were granted to William Smith, and 450,000 options were granted to David Newman. The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share for five years from the date of grant, will vest equally over a period of 18 months and are subject to a four month hold period. The grant of options will be subject to the provisions of the Company’s Omnibus Share Compensation Plan, the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
